Donating plasma is similar to giving blood and plasma donors can receive compensation for their time. For your first plasma donation, you should plan for about 3-3.5 hours because of the registration, health screening, vitals check, and physical, which are required for new donors. For return donors, your plasma donation should take about 60-90 minutes from start to finish.

Plasma donors can safely donate plasma twice within a seven-day period with one day in between donations. Keep in mind that the two plasma donations every seven days rule does not follow a calendar week, so your donation count will not reset at the beginning of each calendar week.

Plasma donors can earn between $30-$50 as their donation payment. On top of this, you can boost your earnings on each donation through monthly donation challenges, referral bonuses, and time incentive bonuses—bonuses for coming in when our donation center is less busy.
